Therapy Guinea Pigs At Lark View Care Home

This month, we were delighted to welcome our friends from Cuddly Cavies for another special visit. Terri and Colin arrived with their wonderful team of therapy guinea pigs, bringing plenty of smiles from the moment they walked through the door.

Residents enjoyed spending time with the friendly guinea pigs as they happily settled into everyone's laps whilst eating little healthy treats. Their calm nature and gentle personalities made them a lovely source of comfort and conversation throughout the morning. It was a pleasure to see so many happy faces as residents, relatives and staff shared the experience together.

The visit created a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, with many people chatting about pets they have owned over the years and enjoying the chance to meet such adorable little visitors. The guinea pigs were a big hit with everyone and quickly became the centre of attention.

We are very grateful to Terri and Colin for taking the time to visit us and for bringing along their fluffy companions. Their visits are always warmly received and provide a wonderful opportunity for residents to enjoy something a little different while making special memories with family and friends.

A big thank you to everyone at Cuddly Cavies for another lovely morning, and we are already looking forward to welcoming them back when they return to visit us in September.
